I run and run all day, but I feel lonely exercising. To reach the standard, I have to move like this

Before I start this article, I would like to ask mothers: How long does your child exercise on average every day? Some mothers may have said that as long as there is time, I will go out to walk the baby, run and jump, and the time is really not short. Anyone who knows it knows that our family is also like this, and we are very diligent in walking the baby. Don't care about spring, summer, autumn and winter, as long as I have time, as long as the two kids want to go, I say go out and have fun. Every time you don't run out of breath and "power consumption", it's not over. After all, I have always been supportive of my children getting more exercise. In fact, exercise is far more "useful" than we imagined! How to keep fit, prevent myopia, grow taller, become smarter... I believe, we just listen to these benefits of children's exercise, and I don't know how many times. but! ! ! Running and jumping every day, is the child's exercise enough? ! Not really! According to the World Health Organization, more than 80% of adolescents in the world do not meet the physical activity standards. What's the meaning? It's our baby, who may walk outside every day, but it doesn't achieve the purpose of exercise. So, how exactly should you exercise to achieve the goal? According to WHO's "Guidelines for Physical Activity and Sedentary Behavior": Simply put, when catching children to exercise, the key lies in two points: one is the duration of exercise, and the other is exercise intensity. Children's sports are also very professional, and there are requirements for duration, intensity, and method. Only when the standards are met, can they really play a role. Children of different ages also have different recommendations for the standard of daily exercise. Part.10-1-year-old children before talking about the daily exercise standard, let's take a little concept: exercise intensity. As an important indicator to measure the amount of exercise, exercise intensity is divided into mild, moderate and vigorous. When we judge, we mainly look at the state of the child. ● If you feel comfortable and your breathing is stable after exercising, you are probably exercising lightly; ● If your breathing is rapid after exercising, you can only speak short sentences during exercise, and cannot express long sentences completely, and it is accompanied by slight sweating. This is considered moderate exercise; ● If your heart rate increases significantly after exercising, your face turns red, you sweat profusely, your breathing is short, and you can hardly speak coherently, you are undoubtedly exercising vigorously. well, let's get back to business. Let's talk about the amount of exercise for children aged 0-1. Children at this stage will not be able to walk around, and of course only require light exercise. The "movement mode" in the neonatal stage is mainly "lying". We have said this many times before. Lying on the stomach can not only help the baby relieve flatulence, but also help him raise his head, learn to crawl, and learn to sit as soon as possible. At present, for babies of different months and ages, we recommend the following: ● For babies of 0-3 months, the time for each tummy should be 1-10 minutes (depending on the baby's mental state). ● 3-4 months old baby, it is recommended to have at least 20 minutes a day. ● Babies after 4 months should be able to reach half an hour to an hour. Of course, this is not the amount of exercise each time, it can be done at one time, or it can be done in multiple times. In addition to lying down, babies under 3 months can also do passive sports such as parent-child touching, and use toys to entice the baby to turn his head and raise his head. First help the child to be active, mainly to contact more external stimuli. After the child is 3 months old, we can arrange different sports according to the child's major motor development. For example: turning over, sitting, crawling, standing... However, there are individual differences in the development of each child, which requires us to pay more attention to his ability to make appropriate adjustments. We have already written about the milestones in the development of children's sports. Part.21 - 2-year-old child After the child is 1 year old, it begins to enter the toddler period. The small arms and calves also have a certain strength, and the amount of exercise will naturally increase. Accumulate at least 180 minutes of physical activity per day, or 3 hours of physical activity, including moderate to vigorous-intensity activities, spread throughout the day, and more is better. In fact, this age group is very satisfied, and the children are very cooperative. When my DD was so old, he couldn't sit still even if you asked him to sit, and he would play outside all day for an afternoon. When it comes to sports, there are more. The simple point is to take the child to play outdoors more, let him walk, run, jump as much as he wants... This is just right for children who are naturally active. In addition, families with time and financial foundation can also make more time to take their children to a place specially designed for them to play. Throwing and catching the ball in the ocean ball, walking back and forth in the slide a few times...you can easily play with your baby for 180 minutes. Part.33 - When a 4-year-old child is about 3 years old, the child's age will be upgraded, and the physical fitness will also be upgraded, and the amount of exercise will be strengthened. The duration can remain the same and still accumulate at least 180 minutes of all forms of exercise throughout the day. However, there are requirements for exercise intensity~ During the entire exercise period, it is necessary to ensure that the duration of medium and high-intensity activities is at least 60 minutes! Spread throughout the day, more is better. According to the "Exercise Guidelines for Preschool Children (3-6 Years)", outdoor sports should be at least 120 minutes. For DD who is about to turn 3 years old, the time is very good, but the intensity seems to be a little worse. But I have begun to consciously adjust. When going out to play, it's not just random walks and two laps, but let him participate in some medium-to-high-intensity movements as much as possible. For example: riding a balance bike, skating a skateboard, jogging with my sister... My sister is a sporty "female man". Under her leadership, DD does not contradict her. Mom C said that until now, there should be no mothers who do not know the importance of exercise. The problem is that some mothers feel that their children are exercising when they are enjoying themselves, and they should stop at the first sign of tiredness. Hey, instead of worrying about your child being tired, you might as well worry about getting enough exercise. Not sure, in the end, the child's physical activity is not up to standard. Because we measure whether the amount of exercise is sufficient, we need to consider the duration, intensity, and method, and it is useless to look at one of them. So, while the child is active, let him play and run wildly, and it will be fine to ensure safety!
